Jennifer Melton

I started riding when I was about six years old. I began taking lessons at a barn close to my house. I learned to walk, trot, canter and go over small jumps. Then, when that barn shut down I moved to another barn where I leased a horse, and I took lessons from another boarder at the barn. Then, a hunter jumper barn opened up around where I lived that offered lessons taught by a more experienced coach. From that point on, I continued to ride hunter jumpers and I showed in some local shows, as well.

I have experience in hunter jumpers and natural horsemanship. Now I do some dressage with my horse, too. I love to learn new things to do with my horse. I hope to continue learning new things to help improve my riding.
